Here in france, shipping is based on the weight (and a little bit on the size) of the package.

You can find a shipping fees table for each weight just bellow !

If your package is damaged, don't worry !

Shoot us a message to return the damaged items and shipping is on us.

You will then have two options :

• A full or partial refund of your order
• An exchange of the damaged products with a new one.

Did you change your mind about your order ?

Starting from the day you received your package, you get 14 days to ask for a refund and return (shipping fee will be yours) the package.

Items that were out of their packaging, can't be refunded. Any item with the protective film removed is considered unpacked.

Returned items must be in their original packaging, without any change.

If the package is lost, please contact our customer service with your tracking number.

There is no refunds nor reshipping available for any lost package that doen't have a tracking number.
